The ETD Academy is the premier online learning platform for anyone working in the electrical retail industry, abbreviated as ETD. This recently revamped platform is constantly evolving and boasts over 6,500 active users from the sector. Developed and maintained by OFED (Training Fund for Electrical Retail), the ETD Academy is free for all users. They can acquire product knowledge, attend sales and management training sessions, and thus further their professional development.

ADD YOUR OWN COURSES

It’s also important for you as a consumer electronics supplier that employees in the ETD have the correct, up-to-date knowledge. As a supplier, it’s therefore possible to add information and courses to the platform. An excellent opportunity to provide those who work with your products on a daily basis with optimal knowledge, both on the sales and service side.

You can add your own courses to the ETD Academy app in two ways:

You can set up courses and knowledge tests in the app yourself for free via an online environment.
You can also automatically link your own existing courses using a SCORM or LTI connection. However, there are costs associated with this option.

FREE COURSES VIA ETD ACADEMY

OFED is the Training Fund for Electrical Retail. The fund is financed by the industry and has an educational mission, without profit motives. Therefore, participation in this platform is free. Only if you want to link courses from your own platform, there are costs associated.
